Help us test Care2Call
Care2Call makes scheduled check-in phone calls. A friendly automated voice calls the person you choose, asks how they're doing, and then sends you a short summary. If something sounds wrong, or they don't answer, you get an alert by text or email.
What we need from you
Use Care2Call like a normal customer for a few weeks and tell us what works, what's confusing, and what's broken. You don't need any technical knowledge. Honest feedback is the most useful thing you can give us.
In return, you get to use Care2Call free of charge for the whole beta.
How it works
- Sign up on this site. Just your name and email.
- Wait for our email. We review each sign-up and will email you when you're approved.
- Create your Care2Call account. Use the link in the approval email, with the same email address.
- Add who gets the calls. Enter their name and phone number. This can be yourself, or a family member who has agreed to help.
- Pick a schedule. Choose the days and times the calls should happen.
- Answer the call and talk normally. Afterwards, check the summary you receive.
- Tell us how it went. Use the feedback form any time.
Good things to tell us about
- Anything that didn't work, or gave an error
- Anything confusing or hard to find
- How the call felt: too fast, too slow, hard to understand, awkward questions
- Whether the summary after the call was accurate
- Ideas for things you wish it did
When reporting a problem, it helps to say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A rough description is fine.
Please keep in mind
- This is a test system, so it may be unreliable. Calls could be late, missed, or cut off, and things may break or change without notice. Don't rely on it as the only way to check on someone.
- Only add people who have agreed to receive the calls.
- Care2Call is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
